THE GENIUS FILES is a live-action family adventure feature developed at Warner Bros. Pictures, based on the young adult book series by Dan Gutman. I was hired to write the film for Warner Bros., with Mike Karz’s Gulfstream Pictures producing. The story follows brilliant but wildly different twins who are pulled into a secret world of young geniuses, hidden government missions, roadside mysteries, and high-stakes spy adventure — where saving the day means learning that they are smarter, stronger, and a lot more useful together.
