CHIP ‘N’ DALE: RESCUE RANGERS is a live-action/animation hybrid feature for Disney. I was hired to write the initial draft of the film after pitching a 1940s film noir-inspired take on the classic animated series, with Mandeville Films producing. I wrote multiple drafts exploring a mystery-driven Rescue Rangers adventure built around the characters from the original property. As often happens with studio films, the project continued to evolve over time, ultimately becoming the Disney+ feature released under the CHIP ‘N’ DALE: RESCUE RANGERS title.
